YT-540PEX-C Body Sculpture/ Ultrafit Motorised Treadmill

Treadmills are a great way to keep fit, lose fat or train for that marathon! This new treadmill from Ultrafit has a motorised incline up to 15% for those looking for an extra hard workout or up hill training. This treadmill also features a “safety key” that needs to be inserted before use preventing children using the machine unattended.

After use this treadmill can be folded for storage & safety, just fold the treadmill up towards the monitor & it will click & lock into place.

Functions:

Time:

Count Up – No preset time target. Starts counting from 00:00 to a maximum of 99:59.
Count Down – Set a target time for your work out from 10 minutes to a max of 90 minutes.

Distance:

Count Up – No preset distance target. Starts counting from 0km to a max of 99.99km
Count Down – Set a distance target to work towards (max of 99.99km)

Calories:

Count Up – No preset calorie target. Display will show the total amount of calories used.
Count Down – Set a target amount & press start

Speed:

The initial running speed on the display is 1 km/h. You can use the speed up & speed down buttons (found on both the monitor & the handlebar) to adjust the speed from 1 km/h – 16 km/h

Pulse:

You will see your current heart rate figures on the monitor/display. When you hold both hands on the handlebar grip sensors, wait a few seconds & the monitor will display your current pulse data.

Incline:

The initial running level is set to 0. You can use the incline up & incline down buttons found on both the monitor & the handlebars to increase or decrease the running level. Range is from 0 – 15

User Settings:
You can use the 4 preset workouts stored within the monitor of the treadmill or input your own information to create a personal workout. After inputting your weight, age, gender, height etc the monitor will remember your personal details & targets for the next workout.

Body Fat Function:
The body fat function only works while the machine is not in use. Hold the body fat monitor button for 2 seconds & place your hands on the handlebar sensors to get a body fat reading.
