Twister is a new and unique Bio-engineered, all in one, formulation loaded with 60g of Optitech a new unique whey protein matrix selected to ensure that the protein is absorbed quickly and others are slow released over a longer period. Added to the Optitech Matrix is: 10 grams of L-Glutamine, 10 grams of Creatine.
Protein is one of the key nutrients that need to be present on a bodybuilding diet at all times in order for muscular gains to happen. It still amazes me how many people purchase all sorts of advanced bodybuilding supplements hoping to make some quick muscular gains but yet still miss the boat when it comes to having the nutrition basics covered; especially something as important as adequate protein intake. The end result of such practice, of course, is lack of bodybuilding gains and a slimmer wallet. It's true that bodybuilders and weight lifters need to keep the protein up in their diet in order to maintain and build the large muscle mass which is so important to their sports or recreation.
Daily Requirements The estimated daily requirements are set by various nutrition authorities in each country. In the US, the Department of Agriculture (USDA) sets the guidelines for nutrients like protein as well as other major vitamins and minerals. For most people of average weight, the protein intake is set at less than 70 grams each day.
Athletes may require quite a bit more than this to support muscle repair, increased growth and to protect against the general hardships of vigorous training and competing. Yet sports nutrition authorities generally recommend no more than about twice the daily recommended allowance applicable to less active people.
Excess Protein is Not Required Some bodybuilders and weight training athletes have taken this recommendation for extra protein to extraordinary limits and well beyond any scientific recommendation. While excessive protein seems to do no harm in healthy, active people up to a point, the risk may be more substantial for someone with kidney disease -- the overweight or diabetic for example.
How does Creatine stimulate muscle growth? Creatine increases Power and endurance and also speeds up the growth of muscle mass. Although creatine’s role in the energy production process is its most notable trait, there is evidence that creatine can stimulate muscle growth. It does this in a couple of different ways. By allowing you to perform more work as a result of additional energy, increased protein synthesis is stimulated. Secondly, when an abundance of creatine phosphate is stored n the muscle, the muscle will hold more water in its cells and become what is known as “volumized” or “super-hydrated.” The more volumized a muscle is, it will promote the synthesis of protein as well as deter the breakdown of protein. Volumizing the muscle will also create an environment where an increased level of Glycogen synthesis will take place. Increased protein synthesis along with training will lead to muscle growth. There is also scientific evidence that shows supplementation with creatine causes muscle tears to repair themselves quicker.
Research indicates that the addition of other key nutrients combined with the Twister formula may have a significantly improved synergistic effect in both fuelling muscle before strenuous exercise and more rapid recovery after. A combination of CreaClean Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Ethyl-Ester, the purest forms of Dicyandiamide free (DCD) Creatine are used in the Twister formulation. Our anti-catabolic agent Sci-HMB at 3000mg per daily serving offers that much needed support against the adverse effects of muscle breakdown. The Twister formulation goes even further: To enhance the Twister formula digestibility, a Prebiotic in the form of Fructo Oligosaccharides has been added.
Those improved performance results you’ve been striving for could come much faster with Twister. These are the reasons why Twister has become one of the fastest selling products in Europe.
